Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 19, 2026
This policy applies to highschoolgpa-calculator.com (https://highschoolgpa-calculator.com), operated as HighSchoolGPACalculator. It describes what information is processed when you use our educational GPA calculators and guides.
1. Calculator inputs (grades & credits)
Grade, credit, and related calculator fields are processed in your browser to display results. We do not require an account. We do not intentionally collect or store your course grades on our servers as part of the calculation flow.
Please avoid typing full legal names, student ID numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers into free-text fields. Use grades and credits only.
2. Hosting & technical logs
The site is served over HTTPS. Our hosting / CDN provider (currently Cloudflare) may process standard technical data needed to deliver pages securely and reliably, such as:
- IP address and approximate network location
- Browser user-agent, device type, and request headers
- Pages requested, timestamps, and performance / security signals
Cloudflare may also run privacy-oriented analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics / Insights) that help us understand aggregate traffic. These tools are designed to measure page views and performance without building a traditional advertising profile; exact cookie behavior depends on Cloudflare’s configuration at the edge.
3. Cookies & similar technologies
Essential cookies or local storage may be used by the CDN/security layer for load balancing, bot mitigation, or session integrity. Analytics scripts, if enabled, may set or read limited identifiers according to the provider’s documentation. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. Advertising
This site includes Google AdSense site-verification and advertising code. After Google approves ad serving, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to deliver, limit, personalize, and measure ads. Where consent is legally required, eligible visitors will be offered the applicable consent choices before advertising storage is used.
Learn how Google processes information from sites that use its services in Google's partner-sites notice. You can also manage advertising preferences at My Ad Center. Ads must not interfere with completing a calculator task.
5. Children’s privacy
Tools may be used by high-school students and families for educational orientation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing. Do not submit personal identifiers of minors through forms or free-text fields.
6. Your choices & requests
Because calculator math runs locally, there is typically no grade “account” to delete. For privacy questions, data access requests, or correction reports about site content, email: contact@highschoolgpa-calculator.com.
7. Contact

8. Changes
We may update this policy as hosting, analytics, or advertising arrangements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
